Our customer staff will be pleased to assist you with: order status, autoship status and/or cancellations, monthly specials, re-orders and product information and any other inquires that you may have. Please be aware to qualify for the free trial, all orders must be placed online.

Return/Refund Policy:
If at any time within 30-days of placing your order you are not completely satisfied with your product, please send back the used and unused portions along with a note explaining why you are returning the product. A refund will be issued for the full cost of the product (less shipping and handling). Please be sure to include your full name, billing address and product order number. Allow 10-15 days to receive your refund from the date the product is received back at our fulfillment center.

Note: product sent back as “RETURN TO SENDER”, will not qualify for a refund.
